FAQ

Answers to common questions
about how we work and what we deliver.

This FAQ is written for teams evaluating AI, automation, and custom system initiatives with us. It covers approach, scope, and collaboration, not marketing slogans.

Your questions, our
detailed answers.

We look for use cases with clear business value, access to reliable data, and a defined operational owner. Typically this means starting with internal-facing scenarios (support, knowledge retrieval, workflows) where we can measure impact and control risk before expanding to broader surfaces.

Our default approach is integration, not replacement. We aim to embed AI and automation into current ERPs, CRMs, LMSs, and portals so existing investments, permissions, and operational processes remain valid. Replacement is only considered when the existing system is a confirmed bottleneck and stakeholders are aligned on change.

We work within your existing security and compliance frameworks. This includes using approved cloud regions and services, enforcing identity and access controls, configuring data residency correctly, and ensuring logs and audit trails are available to your security and compliance teams. We do not move sensitive data into unapproved tools or locations.

Timelines depend on scope and integration complexity, but a focused engagement often runs 8–16 weeks. The early phase is dedicated to discovery, architecture, and validation, followed by implementation, testing, rollout, and enablement. We avoid commitments that cannot realistically fit within your change management and release processes.

Yes. Most of our work is done alongside internal teams, existing implementation partners, and platform vendors. We define clear responsibilities and handover plans so the final solution can be operated and extended by your teams and partners without ongoing dependency on us.

We use project-based or program-based pricing with clearly defined scope, deliverables, and assumptions. For ongoing support, we can set up retainers scoped around a backlog and service expectations. We do not bill based solely on model usage or generic “AI access.”

We can provide a defined period of hypercare after launch and, if required, longer-term support focused on monitoring, incident response, minor enhancements, and periodic reviews. In all cases, we document the solution so you can transition support to internal teams if and when that makes sense.
